My favorite is OoT and my close second and thirds are Skyward Sword and Wind Waker. For me Zelda has always been great, but it wasn't until it ventured into the third dimension that it really became a big part of my life. I can enjoy a 2D Zelda just fine, but the 3D world to explore in the 3D Zelda games makes me feel like I'm really exploring Hyrule.
