I've gotten used to the Playstation name, but I've never liked it. It sounds like a Playschool toy not an adult's electronic entertainment device.
They probably shouldn't rename it now, but it's not the name I would have used to begin with. Even something like GameStation while a little more generic at least doesn't sound like a child's toy.
