Platinum Games said Metal Gear Rising : R won't be on the WiiU cause they would have to begin by 0
Its not just an easy port.
Maybe all other games have the same problem.
And the install base of the WiiU isn't big enough or important enough to satisfy a complete new version this late in the development phase.
Maybe with the next sequels they will have a team ready to make the WiiU Version but then there are probably already PS4 and NextBox around and then they would have to make another completely different version.
The WiiU probably won't get supported at all - Here and there but not with big titles.
