Short supply and private sellers charge that much, in UK the retailers charge at least £300 so about 450 dollars, feel so ripped off.

Is the supply that short though? There doesn't appear to be much demand at all, especially considering what time of year this is. If you scroll down the pages, you'll notice that none of the bids on any auction have exceeded the actual retail price. And about half of the items don't have any bids at all. This is really something different from the Wii's onslaught.

Its the same report from all sides, people buying several units to auction them away but ending up with minor losses, tiny profits or no sale at all. I think people were expecting this to take off like the Wii but then got stuck with their extra units in a market that isn't that desperate to get their hands on them.
