If you want to waste your time on e-bay selling a wii-u for a profit of 6 dollars, you go right ahead. By the time you charge a higher price, a taxes, and give e-bay a cut from the sale, you wouldn't end up with an amount that would be worth your time, unless you were selling thousands of them..
There's going to be other sellers that got theirs cheaper than retail, or free, that will be selling much lower, and faster. The more time that goes by, the less likely you are to sell an over-priced console. Most people would wait before paying 10-60 dollars extra on a console. People go to e-bay for deals, not to pay more for the same item they can get at the store if they wait long enough.
Screw morals. Money itself is immoral, yet it's something we all have to have, because that's the way the system works. We all know today's money isn't worth the paper it's printed on.
