Here's how I see it:
Kirby's Dream Collection didn't have a US release date. Only DB Admins can change them and they weren't aware of the issue.
As you can see it was still in the US Pre-Order Charts despite its release for the same reason.

Trunkswd (Wiliam D'Angelo) changed the release date and that's the reason why it's up here now.
As you can see the numbers on the Pre-Order Charts were already sales and not pre-orders. That's why this weeks numbers are actually the combined numbers of week 1-5.
