no i meant it like this: for example one of my friend quited gaming a year ago because he though he is now too mature for that (lol he wasnt) so i havent heard from him for a while and didnt saw him on xbox live for a while too then i saw him at a friends house recently and he changed dramasticly, he stared smoking and drinking alcohol,he styles himself like one of those `swag` monkeys nowdays and he spent a lot of money for shoes and clothes, he has a girlfriend now and he isnt a virging anymore. You also should know that i am now 17 and never ever in my life did i smoke or drank alcohol or had sex (except with myself lol) and that is kind of very unusall for a teenager nowdays so i feel like i missed a lot of stuff in my teenage time, thats what iam talking about ;)

I think you're looking at it the wrong way round.

He didn't start doing all of those things because he stopped gaming. He stopped gaming because he didn't think it fit in with his new lifestyle.

More power to him. If he doesn't want to game, he shouldn't feel the need to. Whether or not you play video games really has no bearing on how well you do in life. As long as you enjoy it, keep gaming and don't worry about what would have happened if you didn't.
