it will change dramticly in the next few years. And those I know 90% have 1440p+

last time I went to a LAN party (300 people) around 70% had 1440p+

When I got my 24" monitor in 2009, none of my friends or relatives had a bigger one than 21". In fact most only had a 18" or 19".
Now in 2012 only my brother has a bigger one (27") that can actually display more than 1080p or 1200p for that matter.
