Unfortunately there is no information available from AMD on the Wii U. This is a Nintendo product that I understand will be using and AMD GPU but the specifics of the GPU are not yet available from Nintendo.
Nintendo will have to confirm any specifics on their product, this information would not come from AMD.
Nintendo may be waiting for an official release of the product to verify any hardware information on it though. I would suggest contacting Nintendo for any information they currently have on their upcoming console system.
