The rumor started when a guy from some remote ass country I've never heard of emailed AMD and got a response, people called BS on GAF then a member on GAF tried the same trick and got the following reponse:

No trickery with photoshop or anything?

Can anyone explain the meaning of this to us non-tech-savvy people? XD

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?

Tag, courtesy of fkusumot: "Why do most of the PS3 fanboys have avatars that looks totally pissed?"
"Ok, girl's trapped in the elevator, and the power's off.  I swear, if a zombie comes around the next corner..."

We could've just asked AMD and we fought for months instead?.....

This is weird, I will not believe in other people gmail's xD

Reading the comment in the OP this seems to be quite a powerful GPU?

I'm on Twitter @DanneSandin!

Furthermore, I think VGChartz should add a "Like"-button.

Quick, someone ask them about the PS4....

This is probably a fake. Nobody in tech support would be allowed to give away this info. It makes sense given a lot of tidbits of info we have, though, which makes this fake so enticing.

How would a general email customer service associate just happen to know a top secret aspect of Wii U... there's no way that kind of information would be readily available to all AMD employees, and no way those employees would be touting such things to the general public. Doesn't sound too convincing.
