But if you dont live in USA nor Japan? what are you gonna do?? People in South America for example wont be calling Nintendo of America (USA) for a replacement ¬_¬.

Believe me it mostly (I forgot Canada lol) is.   There is no Nintendo of America in Brazil/Peru/Chile/Colombia, etc.  There is no Nintendo presence at all in south america, that is why Nintendo of America is Nintendo of (NORTH) America
