Technically Madden was big because of the PS2, the highest selling madden games are all on the PS2. Doesn't surprise me that eventually those people would upgrade to PS3.

Pretty sure in the USA there have been more ps2 owners that have upgraded to the xbox 360 than the playstation 3 considering the sales of both platforms there.

Anyways with the adjustments it seems nfl is undertracked quite a bit. EA shipped 8% more for the hd consoles than last year and yet sales are down 200k? Makes no sense.
