Not yet, but we can assume it will be similar to DSi to 3DS transfers.
BTW, the game will also be released on the same day in Europe! Nigoro has recently confirmed its partnership with EnjoyUp Games to bring La-Mulana to western WiiWare services. So mark September 20 on your calenders.
