If you want the true "best" version of it buy the PC version for 20 dollars at Costco and buy the doc for 10-15 dollars.I'm guessing that you are not really interested in the best version rather a justification to buy a new system but compensating for a dry launch. If the launch has you that worried you should wait for better games to launch for it.

I wouldn't call the wii u launch "dry" in any sense of the word. On top of that, what makes the PC version the best version?

-controls? well according to GameSpy "it can be played with a mouse and keyboard, but you'd have to be an absolute joker to do so." no, i guess the controls arent the reason for making it the best. In fact the review goes on to state that the game is obviously designed for a controller. On top of that, the Wii U version uses the controller in more ways and incorporates additional features. I guess the Wii U wins that round.

-graphics? well no shit PC wins this round...BUT the wii u version has been optimized to make it the definitive console version and it still looks very nice. For example, the Wii U version features " FXAA anti-aliasing, something that the PS3 version didn’t have". PC wins this round

-framerate? Well according to Eurogamer's E3 performance analysis, the Wii U version tends to run very close to 30fps the majority of the time while the PC version "this silky smooth frame rate is a rarity, as the game is plagued with horrific performance issues" leaving the game looking like "a series of pretty screenshots running in a slideshow." (coming from GameSpy's PC review). The way to fix this is to disable all the features that make the PC version so pretty in the first place

With the added extras in the Wii U version added on to this, seems to me like the Wii U version is the best version yet
