You can get the PC Goty version, which has all the DLC

Along with inferior graphics compared to the PC version ;o. So, if you plan on upgrading your PC soon enough I'd suggest that.

You mean improved graphics that don't even exist in the PC version. At the end of the day the PC version is just the 360/PS3 version without there limiations.

The Wii U version actually has more objects and effects implemented that simply do not exist in the other versions on top of the Upad addiations.
