Except theres Wii motion plus which worked as well. Both are 1 and 1 so how is it more precise. I can tell whos side you're on because you are stopping at nothing to talk up a failure. Its a ripoff and thats all it is. Its not hard copying and improving the tech, so why constantly bring up how precise it is when wii motion plus is just as precise. It doesn't have anymore potential than the Wii remote, the difference is a much better software maker is backing the Wii remote. Which is why the wii remote sold and the other didn't. |
You dont get it what I am saying here. The Move controls precisely within a 3D space and demands strength behind your swings. Even with the Wii motion plus you dont have to put very much effort as I've played with and without it. The Wii doesn't control a 3D space just the X and Y axis no different than a normal control does. The Move intergrates itself with the camera so you can push, pull, swing, aim precisely, drag (Includes dragging the screen minority report style) and truly control a 3D space. New genres can be created from it. You can play RTS with it if you want to.
You're acting like I neglect Sony's failures, but to understand why their Move wasnt hot with the public you must understand why the PSEYE wasn't hot with the public either a generation earlier. Before Nintendo used the Wii, Sony was going after the casuals with the PS eye, but had a horrible marketing campaign. Sonys problem is marketing and having a killer App. Everyone knows this.
Another major difference was the fact that the Move remote has more buttons than the Wii mote, meaning you can play more core titles with it. This is the straw that broke the camels backs with the casuals. They dont like too many buttons. It's too much crap to learn. Sony is only thinking about the hardcore, thats the problem when you're trying to sell a device such as this. The core don't care as much about motion controls because the games that are being made for them aren't changing the way we view gamig.
