That looks like a spool of yarn or thread to me.  As a cookie, it looks like something one would jhave a hard time biting into.  And if it is just colored white stuff, then it would be pretty gross actually.  Now, if the different layers were different flavors, that could be interesting.

I think it would be fine, if they do each layer in a different oreo. So you have a yellow oreo, a blue one and so on.
