Nowadays people not only own both a 360 and PS3, but sometimes multiple times the same console. It's first and foremost an imaginary war and it's pretty ridiculous because most of the bestselling games on both consoles are the same third party games. SNES vs. Genesis was a battle between Nintendo and Sega. 360 vs. PS3 is about exclusive DLC. It's a joke.
