Do you know what this game is and what system its running on? The tpe of detail you are focusing on is nothing new or technically impressive. It is easily achieved.

€dit: too late edit 2: exactly what pezus said did i try to tell people like aldro all the time. they are always only talking about faces as if the whole game would be only "looking at a face"

If he showed more than faces so would I. I've yet to see anything that would be difficult to achieve on the 360 or PS3 aside from the hair.
