the gpu is the only real week part i see nvidia gtx460+ or amd6850+ would have been my minimum recommendations,
if you plan on replacing the psu i recommend modular/semi modular so much easier to work with. corsair or seasonic.
other eventual upgrades, pic up an ssd boot times will be insane i recommend either a m4 from crucial or a samsung 830 haveing owned both of them the m4 boots faster, the 830 seems to transfer files faster. any ssd for your boot-app drive will be a noticeable change
outside of that i could see this being used for 7 years or so (though who know what break throughs the future holds )
