I'm hoping that Daryl will become Rick's right hand man and maybe help him find himself when Rick gets all tyrannical and shit. Then at the end of the Season, he will make a heroic sacrifice for him and the group.
I think T-dog will play a bigger role this next season, maybe having been in that particular prison or finding someone he knew alive in it.
