Are you really going there? And since when age has to do anything with good taste. I know plenty of 17 year olds, who have better understanding of movies as an artform, then most people 30+ that I know. Mordred has a point. Advertising brings in 80% of the revenue in most cases, the last 20%... well word of mouth my friend. Avatar was far from a crapfest.

Its a story that as old as movies themselves, but the story is told well and it is a fantastic world, IP, and reinvention of 3D.

Reinvention of 3D... Im not sure that you are serious... Golly, I have watched the movie in 3D, yet I never beleieved that it was a reinvention of anything. Did it reignite the fad that is 3D screaning? Sure, but nothing more. Fantastic world? Well everyone has its own taste, so I cannot comment on that, needless to say, it didnt win me over. Its a fantastic IP, profit wise, and hats down to JC for creating a new cashcow He has tallent in that department.
