America's entire history has been unregulated immigration actually...and it is easily her strongest trait...More Americans actually trace their ancestory to Germany, than England.

The best and the brighest from ALL cultures around the globe flock to America in droves.. Edisob was jewish, Tesla danish, and i could go on for days.

Europe on the other hand has stagnated, and by imposing further immigration laws they are just limiting their potential. Bright and creative people leave their Native European countries for America all the time and there is no one to replace them, talented immigrants dont want to live in europe.

Actually the German Empire outdid your melting-pot America by a landslide in scientific and technological achievements while it lasted, and contrary to the Habsburg dinasty in Austria, or the Romanovs in Russia the Hohenzollerns intended for, and ruled, an almost german-only nation.

If "talented" immigrants don't want to go to Europe, good for them, go be talented in your country of origin, if it's poor then likely it's sorely needing them. Yeah, naybe America is entitled to be multicultural, considering it's origins, but Africa for africans, Asia for asians and Europe for everyone simply don't cut it to me.

By the way, to the wise moderators who asked him  to stop posting threads... go read the sentence in my profile.

Anyways OP, if you are indeed serious, you'd better get the hell out of here. A site full of clueless, enthusiast hedonistic gamers who are likely to brand you an inbred ignorant nazi who can't accept the obvious awesomeness that is the liberal, multicultural and politically correct Europe, is probably the worst place to post stuff like this.

Germany had a major head start on America during its Empire period. American resources were still being devoted into internal settlement as late as 1890. Germany had been developed for centuries. And Germany never stopped existing as a country. Even after WW2, most Germans lived in a single country. And guess who led science that time around.

You need an influx of people over there in Europe. Quite frankly, you don't have enough kids to be picky. So long as you do a good job of nationalizing immigrants, it shouldn't overwhelm you.

If anything, that last thing seems to be the biggest problem in immigration today. Not enough is done to nationalize newcomers.
