Are you aware Microsoft owns all the games listed? I would imagine MS can give them out as they please.

Even if they weren't MS IPs, I would just assume MS had a good relationship with the publishers. You Sony fans reach too far to bash MS, its pathetic.

The difference is your speculation was proven wrong, and his wasn't. This promotion has absoluetely nothing to do with keeping developers microsoft owns under their wing. That makes no sense. And obviously they aren't being given out for free, hence why microsoft is giving them out with xbox live suscriptions in the hopes of getting more gold members. While on the other hand his speculation is just that speculation. You can't really say if its wrong or not because you don't know what microsoft's relationship with a hypothetical publisher is.
