What would you want Nintendo to make better with an eventual 3DS upgrade?

Not yet. The N64 had a second D-Pad like structure too, and failed to beat the PSone. Perhaps we simply need to amend the rule to say "A minimum of one select button and a maximum of one D-Pad."
