Another redesign? Seems more unlikely than a new console launching. The headstart this year led to almost all 3rd party proper support being shifted to MS' console, this gave them lots in influence and tremendous sales over the previous generation. They won't let someone out of the gate a full two years before them and we've seen consoles being launched long before sales of existing ones dab off, like the PS2 and Nintendo DS.
Pachter is wrong here, plain and simple (imo). Something he has become quite infamous for in the past...
