I think the best thing nintendo can do is introduce a new controller along with the tablet controller tho this controller will be similar to the xbox/ps3 controllers - basically replacing the wii motes with regular wireless controllers. This has a number of advantages - in co-op games people who use regular wireless controllers will be at a smaller disadvantage than those using wii motes. Add to that the fact that if someone finds the price of the tablet controllers too prohibitive, they can buy the cheaper wireless controllers.
