BTW, Chillicothe is 20 minutes from where I live... Go there all the time. I know if I saw this behavior on the street, I'd step in and beat the crap out of the bully. Our culture has been so wussified, no one wants to aptly defend themselves from a jerk like that. And a 3 day suspension proves why the behavior exists.

i think he means something along the lines of calling someone who doesnt want to fight or is unable to defend themselves from a much larger person a "wuss".
