I can't stand runing. I have a gym membership and get on the treadmill,even that get's on my nerves. Running is the most pain in the ass excercise in my opinion.


if you have a gym membership and dont like using the treadmill...why dont you try out one of the other cardio equipment?  elipticals, bikes, rowing machine, climber?  or just go swimming, run the steps, or even an aerobics program if your gym offers one... no need to get so worked up over the treadmill.
