As for recommended games, it depends on whether you can stand remakes and ports. At the moment, Street Fighter and Ocarina of Time are probably the best games on the platform, even though they're enhanced versions of console games. I personally would just wait to buy the biggies like Mario, Sonic, and Shinobi in a couple of months.
