Why is this the first time I'm hearing that? I would have thought the people from operation failfall would have mentioned that. Or perhaps NoA on their facebook. Don't blame me if I have a hard time believing that.

Notice the dates.  They've been fighting to get the legal rights for The Last Story in the US for 1.5 years. 

Oh well, that's really recent, no wonder no one's talked about it. Still I'd pretty much doubt it will come over, Disaster:DoC for instance was trademarked, had the websites registered, was even announced at E3, but got never released. But it's now more possible than before that we might end up seeing the game here, perhaps in 2012 or 2013.

What about xenoblade? I couldn't find that trademark anywhere. Not even by the name of Monado.
