With auto aim, aim assist, etc... To be honest aiming in FPS has become pretty bland and boring when it comes to regular controllers with all the features that pretty much help lower ability players compensate for their lack of skill. 

I always turn them off. They just make me aim worse. It's much easier to pull of headshots without them or killing them when they move around.
