Wii and DS still haven't been adjusted down after the huge overtracking earlier in the Year?

85,736,879 units sold as of end of March
86,010,000 shipped at the end of March
Less than 275,000 units on shelves/ships Worldwide.
Wii Americas -
41,129,763 units sold as of end of March
41,180,000 shipped at the end of March
About 50,000 units on shelves/ships around Americas.
Obvious over-tracking is obvious. Curious why it still hasn't been adjusted.
DS Worldwide -
146,485,650 units sold as of end of March
146,420,000 shipped at the end of March
We have it actually selling more than it's shipped...
DS has sold more than it's shipped in both Americas and EMEAA regions, according to the current VGChartz numbers.

In other news, Gran Turismo 5 still hasn't sold out the December shipment. It's vastly underperforming for what Sony expected.
