But yeah, much as i dislike Cameron, he's right. The only way Argentina could get it is if they flooded the islands with Argentine immigrants and then flipped the votes. Which i suppose would be possible, though Britain could stop that up with restrictive immigration policy


for whatever crazy reason (that they dont actually believe is a legally valid reason, since they refused to go to an international court to settle the dispute)   they have had this position for quite some years before that and will likely maintain this position for some time since they have the support of the leftist leaders in latin america who run the other spanish colonies.
