Yes, and that's why I'm skeptical.


I doubt Microsoft can sing;e-handedly prevent Sony from putting Skype on the PSV, but their decision would now weigh in a lot more. If anything, Sony will have to pay fees, and that's it. 

 microsoft owns skype so i dont know why you think they cant control that.
