they arent deleting the games off his harddrive.  he can still play them. 

But he can't transfer or redownload them, even though it was advertised that he could when he bought them? Still looks actionable to me.

idk if its actually advertised that he can do that...but if it is then it likely pretty clear its a feature of xbl.
