Again, you're falling into the same tired 3rd party logic trap. You should be asking "is Horii avoiding it?" because honestly, the man doesn't seem to give a shit what any other 3rd parties do (including the rest of SE). And so far Horii's given Wii more games than he has PSP, 360 and PS3 combined. DQ might as well be a first party game too at this point (and it is outside Japan).
