i certainly dont feel any sympathy for this individual who was struck with a bat...but striking him with the bat wasnt at all necessary.
i mean...he lured the guy to the store just for the purpose of hitting him... its a crime regardless of who the victim is. unless the child was in imminent danger then he had no right to hit him.
