I vote for 600k-700k. A lot of gamecube and xbox owners that got an xbox 360 where extremly hyped for soul calibur 4 because of how amazing soul calibur 2 was and they didn't get to play the slightly dissapointing soul calibur 3 so their wait was even longer for a new soul calibur. Thats why it is the only big fighting game to sell more on the 360 and by a pretty significant amount. I don't think mortal kombat has that kind of hype on the 360. It will outsell the ps3 version first week and lifetime but that will be negated by the lower 360 sales first week and lifetime.
