Also I think the problem you have is that you think simulation has to be realistic as possible. Like rol said, Sim is considered a life simulation, but it isn't accurate to the teeth.

Not saying I agree, I just am telling you that a lot of people put Ace Combat under Combat Flight Simulation. PS: By arguing this point (about pilot wings, and ace combat), you disagree with majority of the industry that labels genre.
