It's not hacked since flash cards aren't exactly hacking it's tricking the system into thinking there is a DS card inserted, hacking would mean the coding of the system had been hacked which neighter the DS nor the 3DS has been so far, the only reason these cards still run on the DS is because there is no firmware updates. Maxwell it is simple logic for users. Ps3 hack = 3DS hack. I mean you should know by now the logic on this site. These same people don't know how badly the ps3 is hacked, and how close of a storm might be coming.
This is why I miss dtewi, at least he would yell at them, and get himself banned.
Add: Kind of sad, when it comes from some of the quality users of this site, guess quality doesn't exist in terms of loyality.
