What Happened To Max Payne 3? Still Missing From Take Two's Schedule

It's either been canned or it's being published by Microsoft or Sony.

I think that's why Agent isn't on the list. Sony are (I think) funding the development for Agent. Sony will be publishing while Rock* developing.

I might be wrong though.
