What do you trust more... Sales or Reviews?

Reviews are the less evil of the two. Still, they're not worth much when determining whether a game is worth buying or not, well-written reviews just are nice to read.

Usually I can tell whether I'm going to like a game by looking at it, and then possibly seeking more information about it.
