That was my first thought after seeing the gameplay videos.  I am truly sad I don't have a Wii to play this on.  Locco Rocco is one of my favorite platformers this generation.  Who is making this game?

It's developed by Nintendo for WiiWare.

To think I had lost faith in Nintendo post Brawl.  Hope they continue coming up with some more quirky and interesting titles that appeal to me.    

I was wrong, it's developed by Curve Studios who has done Explodemon! Nintendo is just the publisher.
For some reason, some sites says Nintendo is the developer.
