Not this one. Plus this is probably the most popular gaming website there is according to how many votes were tallied. There has been known to be nearly 200,000 votes sometimes. Just fiddle around with the 4-digit number at the end to find other polls. There was another contest either right after or before this one (can't remember) and FF7 won again.

I also saw a 100 greatest games list, some time back, that didnt have any Nintendo games in the top 30. Like i said, 9 times out of 10.

 Was that list from Sony Defense Force?
