NOTE: none of these calculations are accurate as 1) I'm estimating a lot of things 2) I'm only taking into account US prices for WW sales
MKWii has generated somewhere in the realm of US$1.15B in revenues. Assuming Nintendo pockets $35/game (that seems generous enough after ~$10 for the retailer and ~$5 for shipping and materials), they would have generated ~US$807M. They probably invested less than US$10m into the game (advertising included).
