well I think it will have no problem making a profit, however the 250k number darth stated earlier is probably not even enough to make a profit for a medium sized Wii project.
Metroid Other M obvioulsy is one of the bigger ones, though not among the biggest on the Wii.
500k at full price should do it, so as of now it probably hasn't made a profit yet.
