Hmm...interesting analogy. I suppose at the end-all, the only proof we'll have is on the 1st January (or whenever the numbers are released :P). Then we'll see whose right. 7 weeks on retail for 3 million is a heluvalot.

Well week 2 sales for the Move seem to be strong in EMEAA, and I think Kinect will do a lot better. It only has 7 weeks, but it's got the 7 strongest weeks of video game sales, and with the 3DS comming in 2011, it's got the spotlight this fall.

Also a $300 console bundle, thats appealing, especially with the Slim 360. 3 million is a lot, but it's definatly possible, and with the marketing budget it's getting, who knows? 2 million is almost garenteed, lets just wait and see what happens for the 3 million goal.
