Not surprising. Consider the Wii's popularity despite the relatively low quality of WiiWare. Also consider how the PSPGo is considered a flop, and the DSi, though popular, also has fairly limited online support. Also note the number of HD systems with low memory, like those early core 360s.
Digital Distribution may be tyhe future, but it isn't the present.
