The 360 is outselling the PS3 by 2:1 this year in Europe, and the PS3 only has 60% of 360 total sales there.
It's never going to happen, it's like saying PS3 will overtake 360 in Americas, or 360 will overtake PS3 in Japan. Just not going to happen.
